I NEED HELP
If you have a digital passport photo with a personal code and need help using it, please start with going over the Frequently Asked Questions in the FAQ page. If your question isn't there, please send us your question using this Support Form.
MY PHOTO IS REJECTED
If your photo is rejected please first contact the retailer that took the photo. They will be able to help you and retake the photo if necessary. The contact details of the retailer are on the printout. You can also see the retailer's contact details if you fill in your personal code here.
